Request deletion or anonymisation of a Wagify account and associated personal data.
You can request deletion or anonymisation of your Wagify account even if you cannot access the app. Wagify reviews each request before removing data so active bookings, payments, operator records, and legal retention duties are handled correctly.

Send your request
#Email [email protected] from the email address on your Wagify account where possible. Include whether you use Wagify as a client, operator, or team member, and include any business name linked to your account.
What happens next
#We usually aim to respond within 7 days. We may need to verify your identity or ask for confirmation if your account has active bookings, payments, support cases, team memberships, or a public operator website.

#- booking, invoice, payment, refund, chargeback, tax, and accounting records we are legally required to keep
- security, fraud-prevention, abuse, complaint, support, and audit records needed to protect users and operate Wagify
- operator-owned client, pet, booking, website, and care records where Wagify must preserve continuity or act on controller instructions
