Flexible Care Reports

A useful grooming report should not look like a walk report with the route map crossed out. Wagify lets each service decide what should be collected before the booking, what the team records during or after it, and what the client receives.

Start from a service-friendly preset or build the capture template more carefully. Information can be collected once and saved, confirmed on each booking, made optional or required for the team, shown only when relevant, or kept out of the client report entirely.

The available modules cover everyday pet-care needs such as health and safety, feeding, medicines, vaccinations, wellbeing, exercise, photos, incidents, transport, grooming, training, and measurements. Specialist capabilities can add structured records where a plain note would be too vague.

Report layouts follow the work. Walk reports can include route and event evidence. Grooming reports can show before-and-after photos, coat condition, recommendations, and the next-groom date. Boarding and sitting can use daily care updates, while training reports can capture goals, exercises, progress, and homework.

Reports can be drafted, reviewed, and sent to the client, with permissions deciding who can add or view them. Friendly for the owner reading it; structured enough for the team handing work over.
