A good groom starts before the clippers come out. The last visit, the owner's instructions, a sensitive paw, and the style that worked all matter. Wagify keeps that context attached to the pet and service so the next appointment starts with useful knowledge.

Review the last completed groom alongside the starting points you have chosen for future visits: expected duration, price range, return interval, preferred groomer, handling notes, and usual add-ons. Breed and coat estimates can help with a first visit, while actual completed work stays separate from an estimate or future default.

The grooming card follows intake, work, and completion. Capture coat condition and matting, requested style, safety concerns, services performed, blade choices, products, behaviour, recommendations, and before-and-after photos. Multi-pet appointments retain a separate card for each pet.

At handover, review the cards, complete the visit, prepare the client report, handle payment, and arrange the next booking through clear actions. Deposits, cancellation terms, and no-show policies stay connected to what the client agreed rather than changing when you edit your service defaults.
