Calendar Connections

A grooming appointment or boarding drop-off is easier to remember when it sits beside the school run and the rest of the family diary. Calendar connections bring Wagify bookings into the calendar your client already checks.

Clients create a private subscription link from the app and add it to a compatible calendar, with guidance for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook. Named links make it easier to recognise where the booking calendar has been connected.

The subscription reflects supported booking dates, times, and status changes when the calendar provider refreshes it. Changes and cancellations originate in Wagify; the connected calendar gives the client a convenient view rather than another place to edit the booking.

For a single appointment, export a calendar file instead. It is a snapshot the client can save or share, useful when a full subscription is unnecessary. If the booking changes later, that saved event needs updating separately.

Clients can remove individual subscription links or revoke them together. Calendar entries use a limited set of booking information, keeping private care notes and access credentials out of the everyday diary.
