Some clients are happy using an app. Others just want to know when to arrive, what to bring, and how their pet got on. A private booking link gives those clients a useful online experience without asking them to register first.

Eligible website guests and manual clients can open the details for their booking, find contact information, and add the appointment to their calendar. The link is tied to that booking, so it does not expose a wider client account or other people's records.

Before the visit, clients can review preparation, accept supported agreements, and request changes to the care instructions for operator review. Cancellation follows the booking's policy.
