Recurring Bookings & Standing Schedules

The most valuable clients are often the ones who come back every week. They are also the clients who create the most admin if every booking has to be rebuilt one at a time.

Wagify supports recurring booking workflows so operators can create repeat work once and manage the ongoing relationship as a series. A regular Tuesday walk, a monthly groom, a block of training sessions, or a standing daycare pattern can be tracked as connected work rather than a pile of unrelated bookings.

Series detail screens give operators a place to understand the pattern, inspect the generated bookings, and make changes without losing the history. If a client pauses for a holiday, changes days, or needs future bookings cancelled from a certain date, the series tools keep that action deliberate.

Standing schedules give regular arrangements their own status. They can be active, paused, resumed, or cancelled, and future bookings can follow that lifecycle. That means fewer manual edits, fewer missed cancellations, and a clearer record of what was agreed.
