Xero Accounting Integration

Your bookings and client invoices already live in Wagify. If your accounts live in Xero, re-entering those same details adds another job to the end of the week. The accounting connection gives eligible issued invoices and supported payment records a direct route across.

Choose the Xero organisation for your business and configure the supported account, tax, and payment settings. Business tax details and service policies are checked together so the connection has a clear basis for the records it sends.

An issued invoice keeps the customer, service lines, dates, amounts, and tax facts that were agreed when it was created. Supported exports use those retained facts rather than rebuilding an old invoice from today's prices or customer details.

Follow export status and review items that need your attention, including contact matches and differences between the systems. Payment export is configured for supported methods, and an uncertain result is held for reconciliation rather than silently sent a second time.

Wagify remains the place to run the bookings and client relationship, with Xero receiving the supported invoice and payment records. The connection focuses on that workflow; your finance views and CSV exports remain available for the wider business picture.
