When you open the app with no connection, the operational data your team needs in the field is still there: calendar, clients, pets, service details, booking information, health records, home access details, reports, and more. You can start a walk, log events, take photos, and complete your route without a single bar of signal.
When connectivity returns, Wagify syncs in the background. Breadcrumbs upload, photos push to the cloud, report cards appear in client feeds, and queued operator changes are sent safely.
Booking creation, payments, and some setup tasks still need a live connection because they depend on real-time capacity, Stripe, or server-side checks. The important field workflows are designed to work locally and sync when they can.
