Who We Are
WAGIFY LTD provides booking, scheduling, website, messaging, payment, invoicing, reporting, and business management tools for UK pet-care professionals and their clients.
WAGIFY LTD, trading as Wagify, is a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 17216126. Its registered office is Unita 41a Foxmoor Business Park, Wellington, United Kingdom, TA21 9RF.
What Wagify Does
- Hosts operator accounts, client accounts, team-member access, and public operator websites.
- Lets operators publish services, availability, prices, credentials, public website content, and booking rules.
- Lets clients and guests send enquiries, make bookings, manage pet information, message operators, and pay where enabled.
- Supports Stripe Connect direct charges to operators and manual payment records controlled by operators.
Platform Role
Wagify is the platform provider. Operators, not Wagify, provide the pet-care services advertised and booked through Wagify unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
The operator is responsible for service delivery, suitability, insurance, licensing, local authority requirements, trading disclosures, staff conduct, client communications, and the accuracy of public content.
Accounts And Eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
- Operators must have authority to bind their business and configure team access carefully.
- Clients must provide accurate pet, contact, access, welfare, and emergency information before and during care.
- We may restrict or suspend access where needed for security, safety, non-payment, misuse, legal risk, or breach of these terms.
Bookings
A booking may be confirmed instantly, left pending operator approval, or handled as an enquiry depending on the operator settings and service configuration.
Availability, pricing, payment requirements, cancellation windows, and service details are set by the operator. Wagify records the booking and related audit information but does not guarantee that a provider will accept or complete a booking.
Payments
- Online card payments are processed through Stripe Connect as direct charges to the operator connected account.
- Manual payments are arranged directly between client and operator, such as cash, bank transfer, or in-person card payment.
- Wagify does not currently take a platform fee on operator booking payments unless an operator plan or written notice says otherwise.
- Payment disputes, refunds, failed payments, chargebacks, and negative balances are handled under the Payments Policy and the operator payment terms.
Content And Communications
Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, infringing, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive content. This includes messages, reviews, pet notes, booking reports, website content, credentials, photos, and public posts.
We may remove content or restrict accounts where needed to protect users, pets, the platform, legal rights, or public trust.
Availability And Offline Features
Wagify is provided on a reasonable care and skill basis. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access, uptime credits, or that every feature will always be available.
Some app features may cache information on-device for field use. Cached information can be stale, unavailable, or limited if the device, network, account, or sync state changes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, Wagify is not responsible for operator service delivery, pet-care decisions, operator-client disputes, third-party service failures, indirect losses, loss of profit, or business interruption except where the law says otherwise.
Law And Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights. Contact support at [email protected] or legal notices at [email protected].
