Acceptable Use Policy

General Rules

• Do not use Wagify for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, misleading, or unsafe activity.
• Do not send, upload, request, promote, or encourage objectionable content, threats, hate, harassment, sexual exploitation, abuse, impersonation, scams, or content that endangers a pet or person.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or data protection rights.
• Do not interfere with the service, scrape at scale, bypass security, probe systems without permission, or misuse APIs.
• Do not publish false credentials, fake reviews, misleading prices, inaccurate availability, or unsupported welfare claims.

Pet Welfare And Safety

Do not use Wagify to conceal welfare issues, unsafe handling, unlicensed regulated activity, avoidable risk, or instructions that could harm a pet, person, or property.

Enforcement And Appeals

Wagify has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users can report objectionable content or block abusive users from messaging surfaces in the app.

We aim to act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld, we may remove the content, restrict features, suspend or eject the user who provided it, preserve evidence, or report concerns where appropriate.
