No Broad Money-Back Promise

Wagify does not offer a general money-back guarantee unless a specific plan, promotion, or written agreement says otherwise. Free trials and cancellation options are shown at sign-up where available.

When We May Refund

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
  • Charges after confirmed cancellation where the cancellation should already have taken effect.
  • Material platform failure where Wagify decides a refund or credit is the fair remedy.
  • A legal requirement to refund.

Excluded Items

  • Setup work, migration help, custom work, domain fees, third-party fees, and consumed services unless expressly refundable.
  • Operator dissatisfaction caused by incorrect setup, unused features, business performance, client disputes, or operator service issues.
