Availability Target

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not currently offer a fixed uptime SLA, uptime credit, or compensation promise. This conservative approach stays aligned with current operating maturity.

Maintenance And Incidents

  • We may perform planned or emergency maintenance where needed for security, reliability, compliance, or supplier changes.
  • Some incidents may affect only one surface, such as the mobile app, operator websites, payments, email, sync, or support.
  • Where practical, we will communicate material incidents and recovery steps through support, status notices, or in-app messages.

Operator Continuity

Operators should keep sensible backup arrangements for critical pet-care operations, including emergency contacts, route plans, access instructions, and same-day schedules where loss of access could create welfare or safety risk.
