Current Subprocessors

Wagify uses the providers below to host, secure, operate, support, analyse, and improve the service. Some providers are used only where the relevant feature is enabled. We keep this list under review and update it when material providers change.

Providers

• Supabase: database, authentication, storage metadata, Edge Functions, realtime, and backend services.
• PowerSync: mobile local-first sync infrastructure.
• Stripe: payment processing, Stripe Connect onboarding, direct charges, disputes, refunds, and payout metadata.
• Cloudflare R2: media storage for pet photos, booking reports, website images, and operator gallery content.
• Resend: service emails, confirmations, support, and contact request notifications where email delivery is enabled.
• Sentry: crash reporting, performance monitoring, and error telemetry where diagnostics are enabled.
• Umami: operator website analytics where analytics import or website analytics are enabled.
• Mapbox: maps, route previews, static map images, and walk/location-related mapping features where enabled.
• Apple, Google, and Expo: mobile app distribution, app platform services, and push notification delivery.

Operators with material concerns about a new subprocessor should contact [email protected]. Wagify may add, replace, or remove subprocessors where needed to provide, secure, or improve the service.
