Contact The Operator First

For service delivery, pet care, attendance, refunds, no-shows, lateness, staff conduct, or operator terms, contact the operator first unless there is an urgent safety, payment, privacy, or platform issue.

When To Contact Wagify

  • Platform bugs, account access, booking flow failures, payment flow issues, website problems, illegal content, abusive messages, fake reviews, or suspected fraud.
  • Privacy rights, data security concerns, or misuse of personal data.
  • Operator disputes where platform records may help clarify what happened.

How We Handle Complaints

Send complaints to [email protected]. Include dates, account emails, booking references, screenshots, payment references, and a concise summary. Privacy complaints can be sent to [email protected].

We may ask for more information, review platform records, contact the operator, restrict content, or explain why a matter must be resolved directly with the operator.
