Wagify's route planner pulls your confirmed bookings for the day and lets you select which ones to include. Choose your start point (home, current location, or a saved walk spot), choose your end point, and tap optimise. The algorithm finds the fastest sequence across every stop, showing you distance and estimated time for each leg and the total route.

Need to lock a stop in place? Pin it. The optimiser recalculates around your constraint. Want to manually reorder? Switch to edit mode, tap to swap stops, then re-optimise from your new starting point.

The fuel integration is built for UK operators. Tap "Need fuel?" and Wagify finds nearby stations on your planned route, showing real-time prices per litre by fuel type — unleaded, diesel, super diesel. Pick a station and it calculates your trip's fuel cost based on your vehicle's actual MPG. Insert the fuel stop into your route and the whole plan recalculates.

When you're ready to drive, hand off to Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze — every waypoint pre-loaded, turn-by-turn ready. After the route, archive it with one tap for HMRC mileage records. The full stop chain, distance, and vehicle are captured automatically.
