Walk tracking runs in the background while you focus on the dogs. GPS breadcrumbs are recorded every five seconds, building an accurate route map without draining your battery. Pause tracking when you're driving between stops or taking a break — it picks up exactly where you left off.
During the walk, log events with a tap: pee, poo, water, treat, photo, incident, or a freeform note. Each event is timestamped and GPS-tagged so clients can see exactly where things happened. Photos are attached to the event, not floating separately — so a "found a stick and wouldn't let go" photo sits right where it happened on the map.
When you end the walk, Wagify calculates distance and duration automatically and generates a report card. The report includes the route map with event markers, a chronological timeline of everything that happened, photos, and any notes you added. It posts to the client's activity feed immediately — no extra steps.
Everything works offline. If you're walking through a forest with no signal, breadcrumbs and events are buffered locally and sync the moment you're back online. Clients still get their report card — just a few minutes later than usual.
