Packages

Packages let you offer bulk pricing that rewards commitment. Create a bundle with a fixed price or a percentage discount, set how many sessions it covers, and optionally add an expiration window — 30 days, 90 days, or never.

When a client buys a package, the credits land in their account immediately. Next time they book the relevant service, they're prompted to use their package balance. Credits are deducted automatically — no manual tracking, no spreadsheets, no "I thought I had two walks left."

You control the details: which services each package applies to, how many a single client can buy, and whether packages can be gifted to another pet owner. Clients see their remaining balance in the app at all times, and you see package status on every client's profile.

Packages also appear on your Wagify-powered website. Prospective clients can browse your bundles, see the savings, and purchase directly — converting a website visitor into a committed, pre-paid customer before they've even had their first booking.
