Session & Booking Galleries

Pet care is full of moments worth capturing — a first groom, a daycare pup discovering the paddling pool, a boarding dog who finally made a friend. Galleries give you a proper home for those moments without building a mini photo site on the side.

Create a gallery and attach it to whatever makes sense. A single booking — one dog, one walk, one set of photos. A full session — a daycare day, a group walk slot, a boarding stay — where every pet from every booking in that session is linked automatically. Or a standalone collection, for seasonal shoots, new facility photos, or anything that doesn't belong to a specific booking.

When you attach a gallery to a session, Wagify pulls the pets from every booking in that slot and links them automatically. If you need to adjust — add a pet who joined late, remove one who was only visiting — manual overrides are always available. The links update in real time, so clients see their pet's photos as soon as you've uploaded them.

Clients find their galleries in two places: their activity feed, where new galleries appear alongside walk reports and updates, and each pet's profile, where every gallery that pet appears in is collected in a dedicated tab. Photos are downloadable with one tap and share directly to their camera roll or social media — without any watermarks or friction.

Grooming before-and-after pairs are still fully supported. They're now part of the same unified gallery system, sitting alongside session galleries and booking galleries without any separate workflow.

Gallery creation and management is available in Settings → Galleries on mobile and in the Galleries section of the desktop dashboard sidebar. If you have team members who run the camera, the granular `manage_gallery` permission lets you grant access to exactly the people you want, without touching any other permissions.
