Subscriptions

Subscriptions give your business the one thing most pet care professionals struggle with: predictable, recurring income.

Create a plan — "4 walks per month for £80" or "Unlimited daycare, £350/month" — and set the billing period. Clients subscribe through the app or your website, enter their payment details once, and Stripe handles the rest. They're billed automatically on renewal, and their session allowance resets each period.

When a subscribed client books, their allowance is checked and deducted in real time. They can see how many sessions they have left this period, when their next renewal is, and manage their subscription directly — pause it while on holiday, resume when they're back, or cancel if they need to.
