Your vehicle is your business. If it's off the road, you're not earning. Wagify keeps track of every vehicle in your fleet so nothing catches you off guard.

Add each vehicle with its name, registration plate, MOT expiry date, insurance expiry date, current mileage, next service date, and next service mileage threshold. Set the fuel type and average MPG — these feed directly into the route planner's fuel cost calculations, so trip estimates are based on your actual vehicle, not a guess.

Turn on reminders and choose how many days in advance you want to be notified. Wagify checks every morning and sends a push notification when something is approaching — "Transit Van (AB12 CDE) — MOT due in 7 days." Four independent reminder types cover MOT, insurance, service date, and service mileage, each with its own configurable lead time.

On the desktop dashboard, a quick metrics panel shows your total vehicles, how many have reminders active, which ones have maintenance due soon, and average fleet mileage. Status badges on each vehicle flag what needs attention at a glance — expired, due today, due this week.

When you plan a route, select the vehicle you're taking and it's automatically linked to the mileage log when you archive. Fuel cost estimates use that vehicle's MPG and fuel type. Everything connects — vehicles, routes, mileage, and tax records — without you copying numbers between apps.
